Volvo S60

The Volvo S60 is a serious attempt by the Swedish luxury automobile manufacturer to re-establish its own unique brand identity in the car making business. Exterior

Interior

The Volvo S60 comes with 2 diesel and 1 petrol variants. The diesel variant includes the Volvo S60 D and Volvo S60 D (AWD) and petrol includes Volvo S60 T6. The diesel variants will bear the same powered engine with a displacement of 2400 cc, while the petrol powered car will have a bigger engine with displacement of 3200cc. The engine will have 5 cylinders which gives 151 KW of maximum power while it churns out 420 Nm of peak torque at 1500- 3250 rpm. Safety

Just like the other Volvo cars the S60 comes with exceptional handling and safety features. With the City Safety feature included in the car, the is capable of sensing whether a vehicle in front within 6–8 meters is at a standstill or is moving slower. This feature senses an impending collision and pre-charges the brakes to act faster for response. And if you don’t brake, City Safety automatically applies the brakes and switches off the engine to help mitigate the effects of a collision. Apart from this the car also includes other standard safety features like Safety belts with pre-tensioners, Dual-stage airbags for driver and front passenger, Side airbags, Inflatable Curtain (IC), Collapsible steering column, Energy-absorbing interior etc.
