Mercedes Benz is trying to expand their market in India by announcing the launch of its new two variants of its luxury SUV ,i.e the new Mercedes M-Class. Known as the M-Class Grand Sports and the M-Class Grand Executive, this car is meant for customers who demand the very best, the two vehicles will cost Rs. 54.11 lakh and, 47.91 lakhs, respectively (ex-showroom, Pune). And by all means these are cars that will impress.
The SUV continues to be powered by 2987cc V6 Diesel engine which develops 224 bhp of maximum power and 52 kgm of maximum torque from a 3L V6 diesel engine mated to a 7G-tronic transmission . As for the M-Class Grand Edition, it comes with redesigned attractive darkened headlamps, LED daytime driving lights, 19’’ light alloy wheels, and an interior that melts your heart away with its high-grade materials, the heated seats or the Parktronic & Neck-Pro luxury head restraints.
Other specs for the M-CLass Grand Edition includes an AMG ergonomic sports steering wheel, permanent FWD, 4 ETS traction systems, Downhill Speed Regulation, Acceleration Skid Control (ASR) and off-road ABS system.
